BMS Technician

•  Assists in the day to day monitoring and maintaining of BMS systems for multiple locations

•  Performs system checks, monitors and responds appropriately to alarms, and interprets trending data

•  Assists with monitoring special controlled temperature and humidity valves

•  Assists in documenting changes or modifications to the BMS systems, including programming or set point changes

•  Assists coordinating technical, maintenance, and operations personnel to troubleshoot operating problems and assist in the implementation of new equipment, instrumentation, and controls

•  Assists in performing scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance, inspections, site surveys, and service requests including replacement and modifications of control or instrumentation equipment as directed

•  Assists in tuning existing PID loop controllers, and develops and implements control schemes and control techniques

•  Assists in creating or revising operator interface graphics

•  Assists with calibrating temperature, velocity and humidity sensors
