Job Description:

As a Senior Blue Prism Developer, youll lead the design, development, and optimization of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using Blue Prism. This role combines technical leadership, architecture, and hands-on development to deliver scalable automation across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Architecture & Design

Design robust, scalable Blue Prism automation solutions.

Create architectural blueprints and technical specs.

Develop reusable components, frameworks, and libraries.

Implementation & Development

Configure and build automated processes aligned with business needs.

Integrate Blue Prism bots with existing systems and applications.

Ensure solutions follow best practices and are secure, scalable, and maintainable.

Technical Leadership

Conduct code reviews and provide feedback.

Troubleshoot and resolve bot-related issues.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

Work with business analysts, PMs, and stakeholders to gather requirements.

Participate in workshops and design sessions to understand automation needs.

Maintenance & Support

Oversee deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of RPA solutions.

Maintain documentation for process designs and operational guidelines.

Optimize performance of deployed bots.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Blue Prism certifications (Developer, Professional Developer, Solution Architect) are highly desirable.

Experience

5+ years in RPA development, with 3+ years using Blue Prism.

Proven experience designing and deploying RPA solutions in large-scale environments.

Skills

Proficiency in Blue Prism tools: Process Studio, Object Studio, Control Room.

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and application integration.

Experience with:

o Databases: SQL, Oracle

o Scripting: Python, VBScript

o Intelligent automation tools (e.g., Decipher)

o Web services: REST, SOAP

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
