Bleaching Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Process Oversight: Direct and monitor all activities in the bleaching department.

• Quality Control: Regularly test and inspect bleached materials for correct whiteness, absorbency, and freedom from defects or chemical damage, making necessary process adjustments.

• Chemical Management: Ensure the correct preparation, handling, and dosage of bleaching agents (e.g., hydrogen peroxide, hypochlorite) and auxiliary chemicals.

• Team Management: Supervise, train, and schedule bleaching operators and assistants. Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to safety procedures.

• Maintenance: Coordinate with the maintenance team for regular upkeep and troubleshooting of bleaching machinery and equipment.

• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed logs of batches, chemicals used, process parameters, and quality inspection results.

• Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety regulations related to handling hazardous chemicals and operating machinery.
