Hiring: BlackLine Admin & Support Analyst

Location: Bangalore

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days Work From Office)

We are looking for an experienced BlackLine Admin & Support Analyst to support system administration, process optimization, and global implementation of BlackLine platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Perform metadata maintenance and ongoing system administration functions in BlackLine

Prepare detailed analyses and support internal control testing

Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials

Diagnose and resolve production support system issues

Create and manage dashboards and reporting related to close metrics

Support global implementation and phased roll-out of BlackLine platform solutions

Optimize global close processes by identifying and implementing new BlackLine functionalities and use cases

Maintain governance and standardization around global BlackLine usage, reporting, and processes

Minimum Qualifications

35 years of experience with BlackLine solutions such as Account Reconciliations, Transaction Matching, Journal Creation, Task Management, Variance Analysis, Intercompany Hub, Financial Reporting Analytics, and Studio 360

Experience supporting global implementation or system administration in BlackLine

Expert-level proficiency in Excel

12 years of SAP and Record-to-Report (R2R) experience

Knowledge of ERP and BlackLine integrations

Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on experience in end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) processes

Experience in control testing and data analysis

SAP S/4HANA integration experience is a plus

Experience in business process reengineering or project management

Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
