Job Description:  

• Change agent delivering Transformation / Process Improvement collaborating with Customer and Internal stakeholders to improve Business Metrics and outcomes.  
• Deliver Business value to Customers by alignment to Customer goals and establish strong customer connect thru’ Customer governance.  
• Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement support to multiple accounts  
• Engage with accounts to ensure Zero Defect delivery  
• Lead Transformation /CI program for the Customer  
• Support Service Delivery Automation/Robotics for the Customer  
• Provide Transition support to Customer/Domain thru’ set of transition deliverables  
• Ensure Critical red projects resolution and support for the Customer  
• Lead critical enterprise/client facing projects  
• Create a culture of continuous improvement in business units  

Skill Set:  

• 7 plus years of quality and process improvement experience  
• Black Belt Certified in Lean Six Sigma  
• Should have led / mentored 2-3 LSS projects 
• Good knowledge of various process improvement tools and techniques  

Soft Skills:  

• Strong motivator and ability to influence change and drive best practices 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills  
• Capability to work under time pressure in a dynamic business environment & ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
