Years of Experience- 3 to 9 years

Location- Pune

Education Qualification- Diploma/B.E./B-Tech

Roles, Responsibilities and Technical Skills Required -

1. PLC Programming and troubleshooting using Siemens (TIA/Simatic Manager)/Allen

Bradley ( Studio 5000 ) / Mitsubishi ( GXWorks3,2 )

2. Developing Online and offline PLC program at client place

3. Communicating with clients & understanding the clients detailed requirements

4. Experience on Safety PLCs programming

5. VFD and Servo Drives interfacing with PLC on communication protocols

6. Experience in interfacing field devices viz Barcode Scanners, Encoders, 3rd party

PLC integration

7. Industrial Networking Experience (EtherNet/IP, Profinet,Profibus, Modbus TCP,

OPC UA/DA etc

8. Experience configuring the SCADA Client-Server architecture, Virtualization of

SCADA installation, Remote installation and support will added advantage.

9. Developing the PLC logic as per client requirement.

10. Commissioning & modification of logic as per client requirement.

11. Working on BIW shop will added advantage.

12. Need to travel 60-70 % at Client place in pan India or over the world.
