Role: BIW Fixture Project Manager

Experience: 15-20 Years

Job Description

• Lead BIW design projects from concept to 2D Delivery & Documentation Delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, simulation, Process & System Layout).
• Manage Project Planning, Team Project Allocation, Quality reviews within team, design reviews, and supplier interactions.
• Ensure best practices for the Multiple OEM's Project Execution

Additional Skills

• Strong knowledge of BIW Process, welding, and joining methods.
• Expertise in CAD tools (CATIA, NX, Inventor, Solidworks etc.).
• Project management and leadership experience.
• Understanding of GD&T, DFMEA, and automotive standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
