Position: Management Trainee

Location: Chennai (Training) + Pan India (Post Training Field Role)

Work Type: Full-time | Field-intensive role with travel & relocation

Eligibility (Science Background is Mandatory)

We are looking for graduates/postgraduates from:

• B.Sc (Science Background)
• Biotechnology / Biomedical Engineering
• B.Pharm / M.Pharm
• Paramedical Streams
• MBA (Marketing with Science Background)

Training & Development Structure (12 Months)

• 3 Months Classroom Training:
• Scientific concepts, product knowledge, surgical portfolio, behaviour and communication skills.
• 3 Months Field Training:
• Hands-on hospital exposure, case observations, mentoring by senior field staff.
• 6 Months Probation:
• Independent field activities, performance tracking and final evaluation.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide on-field clinical and product support during surgical procedures.
• Demonstrate and explain medical/surgical devices to healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, and hospital teams.
• Achieve field activity and learning milestones during training phases.
• Maintain timely reports, documentation, and communication with managers.
• Travel extensively and relocate as required for training or field deployment.

Skills Required

• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• Science background is a must
• Wiliness to travel across India and as relocation
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to hospital environments
• Willingness to travel, relocate, and work in field-based roles
• High level of discipline, responsibility, and professionalism
