Role Overview

We are looking for a Biomedical Doctor to work as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our Healthcare & IT initiatives. The candidate will bridge the gap between clinical operations and healthcare technology solutions, ensuring medical accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide clinical expertise for healthcare IT products such as HIS, EMR, EHR, Telemedicine, and Digital Health platforms.
2. Assist in designing, reviewing, and validating clinical workflows and hospital processes.
3. Develop and review SOPs, treatment protocols, and healthcare documentation standards.
4. Work closely with IT, product development, and operations teams to ensure medical alignment in software solutions.
5. Support hospital management and administration projects with domain expertise.
6. Conduct training sessions for doctors, nurses, and staff on system usage and clinical best practices.
7. Participate in audits, quality improvement programs, and regulatory compliance processes.
8. Provide insights for healthcare consulting, expansion planning, and operational optimization.
9. Represent the organization in medical meetings, conferences, and client discussions when required.
