Role Description

This is a full-time role for a BIM Specialist for the Ahmedabad. The candidate will be responsible to assist our architectural and engineering teams in creating accurate and detailed 3D models and design, construction documents. They will interact with technical team to understand their requirements, manage project timelines, and collaborate with other professionals within the organization to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and maintain detailed Revit models and BIM documentation
• Prepare construction drawings: plans, sections, elevations, schedules
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants for design integration
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with project standards and codes
• Conduct quality checks and manage documentation timelines
• Implement BIM best practices for improved efficiency

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma in Architecture / Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant industry experience
• Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit (Mandatory)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp
• Solid understanding of architectural and engineering drawings
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management
