Job Summary:

RAYWELL is looking for amotivated and detail-oriented BIM Modeller to join our MEP team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge ofRevit and an eagerness to learnMEP modeling, coordination, and BIM processes . This is anonsite position in Ahmedabad offering excellent growth opportunities for freshers and junior professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create accurateMEP 3D models usingRevit .
• Support senior engineers in preparingMEP layouts, drawings, and models .
• Assist inclash detection and coordination with other disciplines usingBIM 360 or Navisworks .
• Maintain model standards and ensure consistency across projects.
• Assist indocument control and version management of BIM models.
• Learn and applyUSA standards or project-specific requirements under guidance.
• Collaborate with design teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree/diploma inMechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related Engineering .
• Fresher or up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on knowledge ofRevit (preferably MEP) .
• Basic understanding ofMEP systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical) is a plus.
• Willingness to learnBIM 360, Navisworks , andMEP coordination processes .
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure toMEP modeling or internships in design offices.
• Knowledge ofUSA standards or codes is a bonus.
• Familiarity withAutoCAD .
