About the Role:

Join our BIM team and work on architectural and facade projects from concept to execution. Youll be responsible for developing 3D BIM models (LOD 350), coordinating with design and project teams, conducting clash detection, preparing quantity take-offs, and ensuring compliance with BIM standards.

BIM Manager will lead the team and mentor members, while Modellers and Junior Modellers will create, manage, and maintain models under guidance.

Key Skills & Tools:

• Revit Architecture, Navisworks, AutoCAD
• BIM workflows and standards, including 5D integration (design, cost, time, quantities)
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings accurately
• Knowledge of facade/cladding systems, interiors, or renovation projects is a plus
• Strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field

Note: Candidates must have hands-on BIM project experience; recent certification without real-world execution is not suitable.
