Job Summary:

We are currently seeking experienced structural steel modellers to join our dynamic team at our Chennai office. The ideal candidates will have hands-on expertise in 3D modelling using Tekla software and a strong understanding of steel detailing practices. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a highly reputed organisation known for excellence in structural detailing and design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create accurate 3D structural steel models using Tekla Structures software
• Interpret structural and architectural drawings to develop detailed models
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable standards (AISC knowledge is an added advantage)
• Coordinate with internal teams, including checkers and engineers, to ensure modelling accuracy
• Participate in model reviews and resolve clashes or design discrepancies
• Maintain project schedules and deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: B.E. / Diploma / ITI in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in steel structural 3D modelling
• Software Expertise: Proficiency in Tekla Structures is mandatory, AutoCAD
• Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with AISC standards is an added advantage
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and handle multiple projects
