Job Purpose:

The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating and managing engineering drawings, floor plans, and documentation using Revit software within a Building Information Modeling (BIM) environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain BIM models for assigned design disciplines using Revit.
• Follow BIM content standards, development procedures, and adhere to the BIM Execution Plan.
• Prepare discipline-specific models and perform clash detection; resolve conflicts as needed.
• Collaborate and coordinate with other design disciplines for model updates and changes.
• Perform engineering design calculations and analysis using relevant software.
• Monitor and update drawings, informing the Engineer-in-Charge/Mentor/Manager of any changes.
• Coordinate and monitor shop drawing submissions and mitigate delays.
• Resolve technical issues related to Revit/BOM models promptly.
• Work closely with MEP design engineers for technical reviews and approvals.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks and minimize rework due to errors.

Basic Qualifications:

• Education: Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics & Communication).
• Certification: Autodesk certification in CAD and Revit software.
• Experience: 310 years as a BIM Modeler.
