Position: - MEP BIM Modeler

Experience: - 2 - 8 Yrs

Location: - Hyderabad (On-site).

Must Have Skills: - Autodesk certification (CAD and Revit software), Creative and Self-driven, Time-management Skills, Communication Skills, Analytical Skills, MS Office.

Minimum 3+ years of Relevant Experience required in MEP BIM.

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced MEP BIM Modeler to work for construction projects for our Dubai operations, while being based out of Hyderabad. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for the development of engineering drawings, floor plans and documentation using Rivet software on BIM (Building Information Modelling).

Key Responsibilities

• Use Building Information Modelling (BIM) to perform drawing work tasked for specific design discipline.
• Follow BIM content standards and development procedures.
• Adhere to BIM execution plan and BIM project workflow criteria.
• Receive Daily work Task from superiors and report back the task completion.
• Prepare own discipline model and contents for BIM coordination and find clashes, if any, resolve them
• Complete work task assigned and Report to the Engineer-in-charge/Mentor/Manager.
• Perform Engineering Design calculation and /or analyse, where required, using a software depending on specific discipline
• Monitor modelling/update drawing and inform EIC/Mentor/manager, if there are any changes.
• Collaborate and coordinate with other discipline design for their changes in model.
• Coordinate and monitor shop drawings submission schedule and mitigates if any delays
• Able to resolve any technical issues on Rivet/BOM Models time-to-time.
