BIM Modeler

Roles & Responsibilities

Create and develop 3D models using BIM software for modular construction projects.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and detailed models.

Review and analyze project specifications to determine BIM requirements.

Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve any conflicts or issues in the models.

Create and maintain a library of standard components for use in modular designs.

Generate accurate documentation and reports based on the BIM models.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all BIM models.

Stay updated on the latest BIM software and technologies to enhance modeling capabilities.

Conduct regular quality checks and audits to ensure accuracy and consistency of BIM models.

Provide training and support to other team members on BIM software and processes.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education: Bachelors degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Master's degree preferred.

Qualifications: Relevant certifications in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

Industry of Work Experience: 3+ years of experience

Language Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Technical and Hard Skills: Strong understanding of software architecture principles and patterns, experience with REVIT is a BIG Plus.

Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Personal Qualities and Physical Abilities: Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and manage competing priorities, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
