Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Modeler specializing in Electrical systems, based in Noida. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating accurate 3D models for electrical systems within construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include creating advanced BIM models, preparing detailed construction drawings, and collaborating with architects, MEP engineers, and other team members to ensure alignment. The successful candidate will also assist in maintaining model quality, performing clash detections, and integrating data with relevant design and construction documentation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and experience in working with architecture-centric designs
• Strong expertise in Electrical systems and the ability to integrate them effectively within BIM environments
• Hands-on experience in creating detailed and accurate construction drawings and 3D models
• Familiarity with electrical systems and their implementation within the construction and design process
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet project deadlines
• Bachelors degree or diploma in architecture, electrical engineering, or a related technical field
• Proficiency in relevant software tools such as Revit and AutoCAD
• Experience working in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry is a plus
