Role Overview: BIM MEP Engineer

As a BIM MEP Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering BIM models and drawings for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and IBMS systems. Youll work closely with Architectural, Structural, and Project Management teams, ensuring coordinated and constructible BIM outputs.

This role is ideal for engineers who want to grow from modeling into strong BIM coordinators and future project leads.

Develop and manage MEPF BIM models using Revit in line with project BEPs and standards

Prepare detailed drawings, shop drawings, and coordinated construction documentation

Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks

Coordinate with Architectural and Structural teams to resolve design and spatial conflicts

Review design inputs and raise design discrepancies, observations, and coordination issues

Ensure model accuracy, quality, and compliance with codes, standards, and project requirements

Support project managers during coordination meetings, reviews, and client submissions

Contribute to continuous improvement of BIM workflows, standards, and QA/QC processes

Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering

0205 years of experience in BIM MEP projects

Strong proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCAD

Good understanding of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and IBMS systems

Experience working on Residential, Commercial, Mixed-Use, or Industrial projects

Knowledge of BIM coordination, LOD requirements, and documentation workflows

Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset

Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across disciplines

Work on large-scale, technically complex BIM MEP projects

Exposure to National, international clients, standards, and coordination workflows
