BIM MANAGER - MECHANICAL MEP

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Manager specializing in Mechanical MEP at Hozon Engineering and Contracting, located in Kochi. The BIM Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems in various construction projects. Responsibilities include facilitating BIM coordination, developing virtual designs, ensuring adherence to industry standards, and collaborating with team members to deliver quality outputs. The role requires expertise in leading project teams, troubleshooting technical challenges, and driving innovative solutions for project workflows.

Qualifications

• Should have 10+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and experience in BIM Coordination.
• Skilled in Virtual Design and modeling techniques for Architectural and MEP systems.
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems relating to construction projects.
• Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaborative team leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in BIM tools and software (such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and similar platforms).
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience in managing large-scale construction projects or engineering workflows is an advantage.
