StudioEVM is expanding its BIM production wing. We are looking for a BIM Lead to manage modeling, coordination, and data integrity for large-scale infrastructure, commercial, and development projects. We are building a location-independent, data-driven creative studio and looking for partners to join the growth story.

Technical Requirements

Core Software: Expert proficiency in Revit, Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD.

Specialized Software: Photometric modeling in AGI32 and Dialux evo. Workflow integration with LightStanza.

Standards: Proven delivery of LOD 350/400 models and coordinated 2D drawing sets.

Key Responsibilities

Coordination: Manage clash detection & resolve multi-disciplinary overlaps for site-ready LOD 400 models.

Production: Execute AutoCAD drafting for construction documentation and coordination sets.

R&D: Implement LightStanza plugins and execute photometric modeling in Dialux & AGi32

Documentation: Manage lighting data sheets and fixture schedules with 100% accuracy.

Consultation: Interface directly with clients as the technical lead.

Scope: High-impact infrastructure and large-scale commercial developments.

Structure: Direct report to Principal; no middle management.

Objective: Scaling technical production for the BIM division.
