Job Title: BIM Lead / Manager

Qualification: Mechanical Engineer

Experience: 15+ years in Industrial Projects

Notice Period: 30 days (Immediate joiner preferred)

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement BIM protocols and systems for new projects.
Coordinate project model deliveries and review models for accuracy and compliance.
Lead BIM coordination meetings to discuss project updates and resolve issues.
Create training materials and conduct sessions for BIM software users.
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure smooth workflow integration.
Maintain the Project Information Model and oversee data management throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure quality and progress reviews.
Supervise multi-discipline Revit engineers and provide technical guidance.
Ensure technical competence in MEP utilities .
Demonstrate strong visualization skills and the ability to work on projects in Pharmaceutical, Food, Industrial, and Mixed-use sectors.
Manage international BIM projects for modeling, coordination, and delivery.
Work independently with minimal supervision while being a proactive team player .

Required Skills & Abilities

Expert user of AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks (Revit version 2017 or above).
Experience with BIM 360 is a must.
Strong knowledge of BIM standards and coordination workflows.
Experience in preparing general arrangement drawings for Concept, Schematic, Detailed Design, GFC, and As-Built stages.
Ability to produce accurate 2D AutoCAD or 3D Revit coordination work for rooms, corridors, risers, and plant areas.
Capability to prepare P&IDs and utility routes from basic inputs.
Understanding of building services standards and codes .
Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, and Mechanical Pipework for heating/cooling, domestic water, gases, sprinklers, and drainage systems.
Organized, motivated, and detail-oriented professional with proven leadership in the BIM domain .
