BIM Engineer

Key Responsibilities-

• Develop and manage Revit MEP models (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) as per project standards and LOD requirements.
• Prepare detailed 3D models, families, layouts, sections, schedules, and construction drawings for HVAC, plumbing, fire protection & electrical systems.
• Perform clash detection in Navisworks, generate clash reports, and coordinate with engineering teams to resolve issues.
• Extract quantities, equipment schedules, and material takeoffs from BIM models.
• Ensure adherence to MEP design standards, naming conventions, and BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
• Coordinate with engineers and project managers to ensure modeling accuracy and alignment with design intent.
• Maintain model accuracy, version control, and BIM documentation; perform routine QA/QC checks.
• Support BIM workflow improvements, templates, and implementation of discipline-specific best practices.

What We're Looking for

• Strong proficiency in Revit MEP
• Experience with Navisworks for clash detection
• Good understanding of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection & electrical services
• Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with engineering teams
