Position:BIMEngineer-RevitMechanical

Requiredskillsandexperience:

• ADiplomaorBachelorsdegreeholderinCivil/MechanicalEngineeringwith2+ofexperienceofdeliveringcomplexcivilengineeringprojects,fromtheUSAdomain.
• ExperienceinapplyingLevel2to5BIMonprojectsincompliancetoUSstandards.
• HavingexperienceworkingforUSprojectsismandatory.
• Extensiveexperienceofdetailinginfrastructure
• DevelopandmanagedetailedRevitmodelsforwaterinfrastructureprojectsincludingwatertreatmentplants,pumpingstations,pipenetworkswithassociatedfittings.
• Collaboratewithmultidisciplinaryteamstoensuremodelaccuracyandcoordinationacrosscivil,structural,mechanical,andelectricaldisciplines.
• Interpretengineeringdrawingsandspecificationstocreate3Dmodelsandsheetworksforconstructionstagedocumentation.
• PerformclashdetectionandresolvedesignconflictsusingBIMtools.
• Maintainmodelstandardsandensurecompliancewithproject-specificBIMexecutionplans.
• Supportprojectteamswithmodelupdates,revisions,andversioncontrolthroughouttheprojectlifecycle.
• ExperienceofusingwrittenandspokenEnglishwithinabusinessenvironment.
• MustbeauserorexpertuserinAutodeskNavisworkswithcapabilitiestofederateindividualdisciplineBIMModels.Setup,maintainandrunclashrulesandclashtestsacrossfederatedBIMModels.
• MustbeabletouseNavisworkstogenerateclashresults,manageclashresolution,redlineBIMModels,captureviewpointsandcascadereportstodisciplineteams.MustbeabletoperformNavisworksmodelmanagement.
• TechnicalproficiencyintheuseofthelatestcommonCDEsystems:BentleyProjectWiseandAutodeskBIM360orACC.UnderstandingandexperienceofhandlingCDEEnvironmentisamust.

Responsibilities:

• SupportingtechnicaldeliveryofComplexmulti-disciplinaryengineeringprojects.
• WorkinclosecoordinationwiththeBIMManagerandjuniordesignteamtodeliverhigh-qualityBIMoutputs.
• CompliancewithQuality,Safety,Environment,andgovernanceprocedures,thusensuringworkproducedistechnicallyaccurateanddeliveredinaccordancewiththeappropriatestandards.
• Undertakeself-checkingandassistwithtechnicalchecksofworkundertakenbytheteam.Providequalitycontrolforcompliancetocompany/projectstandardsofdeliverables.
• ManagetheWaters,Utilitiesdiscipline3Dmodels,checkmodelqualityandtechnicalcontentincludingclashdetectionandcompliancewiththeBEP.
• WorkwiththeInformationManagerandprojectteamstoassistinthedevelopmentandimplementationofBIMstrategies,BIMExecutionPlans,workflowsandprocessesonprojectsinaccordancewithInfraEn(India)PvtLtd.Standards,Clientrequirementsandindustrybestpractices.
• Activelycontributetoprojectdesigndevelopmentbycontributingtointernalcoordination,clashdetectionanddesignreviewsessionsaswellasexternalpresentationstoclients.
• Provideovertheshouldersupportforjuniorstaff,mentorandsupportthemthroughtechnicaltrainingandliveprojectworksupervision.
