BIM Engineer

At Ambuja Neotia, we are looking for a BIM Engineer who is keen to grow, learn, and contribute to project planning, cost optimisation, and execution excellence.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage 3D BIM models from CAD drawings
• Generate BOQs and quantity take-offs using BIM models
• Coordinate BIM outputs with planning, contracts, and site teams
• Support clash detection and model coordination
• Assist in design optimization and value engineering through BIM
• Maintain and update BIM data as per project progress
• Support the preparation of project documentation and certifications using model data

Tools & Software Proficiency:

• Autodesk Revit
• AutoCAD
• BIM 360 / ACC (preferred)
• MS Excel (for quantity & data analysis)
