BIM Coordinator- Mechanical and Electrical

This is a full-time on-site role as a BIM Coordinator Mechanical and Electrical, based in Noida. The responsibilities include coordinating BIM processes for MEP services, managing multi-disciplinary models, and ensuring compliance with project requirements and standards. Additional tasks involve collaboration with architecture and engineering teams, identifying and resolving design conflicts, and ensuring quality assurance throughout project phases.

• Proficiency in BIM Coordination and Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and related design principles
• Experience in architecture and integrating multi-disciplinary project models
• Project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and problem-solving
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using relevant BIM tools and software, such as Revit or Navisworks
• Problem-solving ability with technical and practical knowledge of construction methodologies
• Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant engineering disciplines, or equivalent experience
