BIM Consultant - ACS

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead BIM Coordinator - ACS with a minimum of 5+ years of professional experience to lead project teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client coordination, internal team management, reviewing project deliverables, QA/QC oversight, and ensuring timely project delivery. The role requires strong technical expertise across Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines, a proactive and professional approach to training, BIM implementation, and client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects, ensuring effective resource allocation, progress tracking, and revenue monitoring.
• Support project setup, planning, and execution strategies.
• Ensure optimal resource deployment aligned with project deliverables and P&L objectives.
• Monitor and review project leads updates to ensure accurate tracking of project status.
• Lead BIM execution, implementation, and production activities while supporting project estimations.
• Deliver high-quality outputs for all design stages while adhering to standards, codes, guidelines, and regulations.
• Coordinate with the Singapore office, clients, and consultants for BIM modelling, reports, and deliverables.
• Manage project workflows, allocate tasks efficiently, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Oversee the implementation and management of BIM tools and platforms (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360).
• Support recruitment activities and deliver technical orientation sessions for new hires.
• Develop, manage, and optimize Dynamo scripts, while training team members in their usage.
• Manage modelling, coordination, and successful delivery of international projects.
• Demonstrate experience in applying BIM across all disciplines and project domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in the BIM industry.
• High proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 platforms.
• Solid understanding of BIM processes, multi-disciplinary coordination, and project delivery methodologies.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Passionate, detail-oriented professional with strong time management and multitasking capabilities.
• Ability to meet deadlines consistently in a dynamic and high-volume project environment.
• Additional expertise in Dynamo, 5D CostX, 4D Fuzor, Civil 3D, or Infraworks will be considered an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience applying BIM across all disciplines,
• Knowledge of modern construction methods and sustainable engineering practices.
• Experience coordinating with international project teams and adhering to global standards.
