BIM Architect USA Projects (Revit / AEC)

We are looking for an experienced BIM Architect to join our team for USA-based AEC projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in architectural BIM modeling, Revit workflows, and coordination for international projects.

This role is strictly for candidates with relevant office-based BIM experience working on USA AEC projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage high-quality BIM models in Revit for architectural projects.

Execute Scan to BIM and CAD to BIM conversions with high accuracy.

Work on USA-based AEC projects and follow international BIM standards.

Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, and MEP teams for model integration.

Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.

Produce detailed construction drawings, documentation, and schedules.

Maintain project BIM standards, templates, and workflows.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Architecture is highly preferred.

Total Experience: Minimum 5 years of office-based experience.

Minimum 2+ years of experience working on USA AEC projects is mandatory.

Strong expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.

Experience in Scan to BIM, CAD to BIM, and Point Cloud modeling.

Good understanding of architectural detailing and BIM coordination.

Important Note (Screening Criteria)

Candidates with Architecture background will be given priority.

Civil Engineering candidates with site engineer experience will NOT be considered.

Civil candidates will be considered only if they have 5+ years office-based BIM experience and 2+ years working on USA-based AEC projects.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, or Twinmotion will be an advantage.

Strong communication and coordination skills.
