Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Architect located in Ahmedabad and Dehradun. The BIM Architect will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models for architectural projects. Daily tasks include the preparation of architectural drawings, construction documentation, and submittals with a focus on precision and industry standards. The role also involves coordination with design teams, ensuring integration with US-based architectural teams, and contributing to project workflows to meet deadlines efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and experience with Architectural Drawings
• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software and related tools
• Competency in creating detailed Construction Drawings and Submittals
• Knowledge of industry standards and ability to collaborate with diverse teams
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Relevant experience in architectural firms, with a focus on BIM implementation
• Experience in working with USA clients
