Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune, for a BIM Architect. The BIM Architect will be responsible for overseeing and developing architectural and construction drawings, creating and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects, and collaborating with teams to ensure project success. Additional responsibilities include preparing submittals, ensuring adherence to project specifications, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developprecise and detailed BIM modelsusingAutodesk Revit.
• Work onarchitectural, structural, or MEPFBIM projects as per project requirements.
• Interpret and convert2D drawings, point cloud data, and design sketchesinto accurate 3D models.
• Collaborate withBIM coordinators, engineers, and designersto ensure seamless project execution.
• Assist inclash detection, model coordination, and quality controlto deliver error-free models.
• Ensure all models comply withBIM standards, project requirements, and industry best practices.
• Maintain an organizedBIM database, ensuring easy accessibility of project files.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experiencein BIM modeling.
• Proficiency inAutodesk Revitand familiarity withNavisworks(preferred).
• Experience inarchitectural, structural, or MEPF modeling.
• Ability to read and interpretconstruction drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team and follow project guidelines.
