Job Description
Role Summary
- Seeking a BIM 4D Planning Analyst with experience in project scheduling, progress monitoring, and integration with SAP for Indian construction and infrastructure projects. You will drive the adoption of BIM 4D solutions, streamline planning processes, and support digital transformation in planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as subject-matter expert in BIM 4D (Scheduling), ensuring robust project schedules and progress tracking for Indian projects.
- Collaborate with Planning CoE to implement industry best practices and ensure standardization of planning workflows.
- Oversee integration of planning modules with SAP and other systems.
- Onboard users, define access control, and provide support for BIM planning tools.
- Deliver planning data to business intelligence (BI) analytics platforms for effective reporting.
- Track tool adoption, report on schedule performance, and support user training.
- Desired Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with BIM 4D planning software in construction/infrastructure projects in India.
- Advanced familiarity with Indian planning standards and scheduling requirements.
- Integration experience with SAP or similar ERP systems for planning modules.
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for schedule analytics.
- Excellent coordination, training, and communication skills
