Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience in SF Revenue Cloud Billing and Salesforce CPQ. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts focusing on developing and optimizing billing platforms. Experience in Asset & Wealth Management is a plus. The role does not require travel.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SF Revenue Cloud Billing solutions to enhance billing processes and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce CPQ with existing systems ensuring seamless operations.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for billing platform enhancements.
- Implement best practices in Salesforce development to ensure high-quality code and system performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce CPQ and billing platforms minimizing downtime.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure optimal operation of billing systems.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and updates applying relevant changes to improve system functionality.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers promoting continuous improvement.
- Document technical specifications and user guides for developed solutions ensuring clear communication.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to meet business needs.
- Contribute to the companys purpose by ensuring accurate and efficient billing processes impacting customer satisfaction.
- Support the Asset & Wealth Management domain by leveraging domain knowledge to tailor solutions.
Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in SF Revenue Cloud Billing and Salesforce CPQ with proven experience in implementation.
- Demonstrate proficiency in billing platform development ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
- Exhibit knowledge of Asset & Wealth Management applying domain skills to enhance project outcomes.
- Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office tasks efficiently.
