JD:

Experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) billing operations

End-to-end O2C processes including order validation, billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, payment allocation, and reporting.

Resolved billing errors and invoice disputes and billing applications, reducing rework and escalation rates.

Perform Billing Administration processes on SAP

Generate the monthly customer invoice and send it to the customer via email or

mail through SAP, as required
