Role Overview:-

This role involves leading high-volume Billing / AP / AR operations, managing teams, handling escalations, and driving process excellence using Workday.

Role Highlights:

• Lead and manage high-volume Billing / AP / AR operations
• Handle team management, escalations & workflow distribution
• Work closely with US stakeholders in a multi-time zone setup
• Drive process improvements, reporting & operational excellence

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong experience in Billing / AP / AR operations
• Workday Billing & Accounting Mandatory
• Team handling & stakeholder management
• ERP exposure & strong analytical skills
• CA / CPA / MBA Finance Preferred
