Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field

About the Role

We are looking for a Billing Executives to join our finance team at a growing digital marketing agency. This role will support end-to-end billing operations, client invoicing, and internal coordination to ensure accurate and timely billing across multiple accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue client invoices as per agreed commercials
• Support the end-to-end billing and invoicing process
• Coordinate with client servicing and internal teams for billing clarifications
• Maintain accurate billing records, trackers, and documentation
• Assist with GST-related billing and basic compliance requirements
• Update and manage billing data in ERP/accounting systems
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to internal processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 13 years of experience in billing or accounts-related roles
• Basic understanding of billing and invoicing processes
• Working knowledge of GST/VAT (preferred)
• Familiarity with Tally or similar ERP/accounting software
• Proficiency in MS Excel (data entry, basic formulas, invoice tracking)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced agency environment
