Billing Engineer

We are hiring a Billing Engineer MEP responsible for measurement, planning coordination, and monthly billing of Electrical & Mechanical works across multiple live project sites. The role directly impacts cash flow and billing realization , with 25100 lakh monthly billing per site .

• Prepare monthly RA bills for Electrical & Mechanical works
• Handle MEP billing for 1015 active sites
• Take joint measurements and maintain MEP Measurement Books (MBs)
• Ensure 100% capture of billable MEP quantities
• Coordinate with Operations Head (MEP) for monthly billing planning
• Follow up with client/PMC MEP engineers for timely certification
• Track billed vs certified vs paid amounts
• Identify extra items, deviations, and variations
• Maintain billing documentation and compliance with contract & GST norms

• 25100 lakhs per site per month
• High-value Electrical & Mechanical packages
• Multi-site billing responsibility

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering ONLY
• Civil Engineering profiles not acceptable

• 48 years of exclusive MEP billing experience
• Hands-on RA billing for Electrical / Mechanical works
• Multi-site project exposure preferred

• MEP BOQ & quantity take-off
• Electrical & Mechanical RA billing
• AutoCAD (MEP drawings)
• Advanced MS Excel (billing & certification tracking)
• Working knowledge of MEP contracts & GST

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent follow-up and coordination skills
• Comfortable with monthly billing deadlines
• Commercially aware, cash-flow focused mindset
