Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Billing Executive specializing in Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and MEP. The position is located in Navi Mumbai. The responsibilities of the Billing Executive include managing the billing process for construction and MEP projects, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, coordinating with finance and project teams, and preparing reports related to billing and project costs. The role also involves analyzing financial data and resolving billing discrepancies efficiently.
Qualifications

Comprehensive knowledge of the Billing Process and experience in handling invoicing tasks
Strong Analytical Skills to review financial data and resolve discrepancies
Effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and clients
Knowledge of Finance concepts related to MEP and construction industries
Proficient in tools and software associated with billing and invoicing
Ability to work in an on-site office environment and coordinate with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in MEP or construction-related industries is advantageous
