Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Billing Engineer based in Mumbai. The Billing Engineer will be responsible for preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), conducting rate analyses, and managing billing systems, procurement process, and coordination with accounts team for processing payment -- PROFICIENCY IN EMAILS, EXCEL & MAINTAINING DOCUMENTATION IS A MUST. The role involves close collaboration with project teams and requires detailed quantity surveying, ensuring accuracy in project estimates and payment documentation.

Qualifications

• Should have GOOD EXPERIENCE in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), Procurement and Final Documentation / Billing
• Strong skills in Rate Analysis and Billing Systems
• Analytical skills to evaluate project estimates, lead negotiations and ensure cost-effective project management
• Familiarity with industry-standard practices and knowledge in construction project workflows
• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience in handling billing processes within real estate or construction projects is an advantage
