We are looking for a Billing Engineer HVAC Projects responsible for handling billing activities related to HVAC installation projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing RA bills, verifying site measurements, and coordinating with site and project teams to ensure accurate billing and timely payment tracking.

• Preparation of RA (Running Account) Bills and Final Bills for HVAC projects.
• Convert ducting and piping measurements as per BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
• Verify site measurements and reconcile quantities with project BOQ.
• Maintain and update billing trackers for project billing status.
• Coordinate with site engineers and project teams for measurement verification and documentation.
• Track bill certification and payment status from clients.
• Ensure proper documentation and submission of billing-related records.
• Support project team in resolving billing discrepancies and quantity variations.

• Proficiency in MS Excel for billing and tracking.
• Good knowledge of HVAC ducting and piping measurements.
• Ability to read and interpret BOQ and project drawings.
• Strong coordination and documentation skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in billing processes.

• Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
• 25 years of experience in billing for HVAC or MEP projects.
