Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing & Engagement: Utilize various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards) to find, attract, and engage French and English-speaking candidates.
- Screening & Assessment: Conduct phone screens and interviews in both languages, potentially run fluency tests (oral/written) to ensure strong communication skills.
- Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, advise on recruitment best practices, and provide market insights.
- Process Management: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from crafting job ads to extending offers, maintaining strong candidate experience.
- ** Talent Pipelining:** Build and nurture talent pools for future needs, especially for international or diverse teams.
- Communication: Act as a liaison, ensuring clear, consistent communication in both languages between applicants and the company.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Bilingual Fluency: Excellent verbal and written communication in both French and English.
- Recruitment Experience: Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- ** Multitasking & Time Management:** Ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media sourcing.
