        As a Bids and Tenders Specialist you will be part of complex sales environments in healthcare and thrive in a busy, driven environment. You have a desire to help Clients succeed, care about making a difference in our health system and have an internal drive that ensures you get things done. You thrive in a team environment.

You will:

• Be responsible for managing and coordinating the end-to-end tender and proposal process to secure new business opportunities and maintain existing contracts.

• Be working offshore to support the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) team, this role involves preparing high-quality responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Expressions of Interest (EOIs).

• Will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure all submissions align with organisational goals, client requirements, and regulatory standards.

Essential Requirements

• Tender and Proposal Management

• Stakeholder Collaboration

• Compliance and Quality Assurance

• Market and Industry Knowledge

• Reporting and Process Improvement

• Strong project management and organisational abilities with attention to detail.

• Understanding of the healthcare software industry and its regulatory environment.

Desirable Requirements

• Familiarity with Australian and New Zealand healthcare systems and procurement practices.

• Experience using CRM systems (e.g., MS Dynamics) and proposal automation tools.
