As we expand into global markets, we are looking for a Bid Specialist who can own and drive the end-to-end bid management process, helping us secure enterprise and international clients.
This role sits at the intersection of sales, technology, and strategy, and directly contributes to winning high-value deals.

- Manage the complete bid lifecycle for RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and security questionnaires.
- Analyze bid requirements and define response strategy and structure.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather inputs and ensure timely submissions.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and procurement guidelines.
- Write and edit high-quality, persuasive proposal responses.
- Translate technical architecture and services into clear business value propositions.
- Develop executive summaries, solution narratives, and differentiators.
- Build and maintain case studies, capability decks, and team CVs for strategic bids.
- Support creation of bid presentations and sales enablement material.
- Maintain a centralized proposal content repository.
- Create reusable templates, baseline responses, and knowledge bases.
- Continuously improve proposal content using insights from past bids.
- Work closely with sales, pre-sales, engineering, legal, and finance teams.
- Facilitate SME discussions to gather technical and operational inputs.
- Track deliverables and ensure smooth coordination across teams.
- Research competitors, pricing trends, and client expectations.
- Identify differentiators that strengthen our bid positioning.
- 58 years experience in bid management, proposal writing, or presales documentation.
- Experience handling IT services, SaaS, or technology RFPs.
- Exposure to global enterprise bids or government tenders preferred.
- Exceptional proposal writing and editing skills
- Strong stakeholder coordination and project management
- Ability to simplify complex technical solutions into compelling narratives
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously
- MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- SharePoint or document management systems
- Experience managing proposal templates and content libraries
Within the first 6 months, you will:
- Successfully manage multiple RFP responses end-to-end
- Build a structured proposal content library
- Improve proposal turnaround time and quality
- Support the sales team in closing high-value deals
