About the Role


The Pre - Sales (Bid Management) role is crucial for our presales team, focusing on managing tender submissions and ensuring compliance with client requirements.



Responsibilities



  • Manage the bid process from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information.
  • Ensure all submissions meet client specifications and deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain bid templates and documentation.
  • Should have experience in Gem Protal (RFI,RFQ)


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in BE/Btech or related field.


Required Skills



  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.


Preferred Skills



  • Experience in bid management or presales.
  • Familiarity with tender management processes.
  • Should have experience in Defence and Aerospace products.
