About the Role
The Pre - Sales (Bid Management) role is crucial for our presales team, focusing on managing tender submissions and ensuring compliance with client requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage the bid process from start to finish.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information.
- Ensure all submissions meet client specifications and deadlines.
- Develop and maintain bid templates and documentation.
- Should have experience in Gem Protal (RFI,RFQ)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in BE/Btech or related field.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in bid management or presales.
- Familiarity with tender management processes.
- Should have experience in Defence and Aerospace products.
