Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bid Manager located in Chandigarh, India. The Bid Manager will oversee the end-to-end bid management process, ensuring the timely preparation and submission of proposals. Responsibilities include drafting and writing compelling bid documents, managing proposal processes, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with bid requirements. The role involves enhancing the bidding strategies to secure contracts successfully while aligning with the company's goals.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Bid Preparation and Bid Writing skills
• Experience in Bid Management, including overseeing and organizing bid activities
• Strong proficiency in Proposal Management and Bid Processes
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
