Prepare & present Deal Brief. o Get SPOCs aligned specific to the scope. o Prepare RASCI & assign ownership of the deliverables. o Work with the various solution teams to ensure qualitative solutions are delivered within stipulated timelines. o Collaborate with multiple stakeholders – BPS, Industry units, Geo teams, etc. o Align leadership review of solution & commercials. o Set up sharepoint, cadence meetings. o Capture & circulate MOM. o Create custom templates. o Maintain high levels of CSI o Manage and execute client visits end to end
