Bid Director - SAP Implementation

Roles & Responsibilities :

We are looking for a seasoned SAP Implementation Leader with over 17 years of experience in delivering complex, enterprise-scale SAP solutions. This role demands strategic leadership, deep technical expertise across SAP modules, and a proven track record of driving digital transformation through SAP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise-wide SAP implementation and transformation programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategy.

• Serve as the primary SAP advisor to C-level stakeholders, providing strategic direction and roadmap planning.

• Oversee the design, configuration, integration, and deployment of SAP modules across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and HR.

• Manage large cross-functional teams, including internal staff, external consultants, and global delivery partners.

• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, governance standards, and compliance requirements.

• Drive change management, user adoption, and training initiatives across business units.

• Monitor project KPIs, budgets, and timelines, ensuring successful delivery and ROI.

• Stay current with SAP innovations, including S/4HANA, SAP BTP, Fiori, and cloud-based solutions.

Required Qualifications:

•  

  Expertise in multiple SAP modules (e.g., FICO, MM, SD, PP, HCM) and integration with third-party systems.

• Strong leadership in SAP S/4HANA migrations and greenfield/brownfield implementations.

• Deep understanding of SAP Activate methodology, project governance, and risk management.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

• SAP certifications in S/4HANA or relevant modules.

• Experience in cloud transformation, SAP BTP, and RISE with SAP.

• Familiarity with Agile/DevOps practices in SAP environments.

• Industry experience in manufacturing, retail, or logistics is a plus.

• Exposure to AI/ML, analytics, or IoT integration with SAP systems.

Educational qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.

   

Experience :

• 17+ years of progressive experience in SAP implementation, including at least 5 full-cycle global rollouts.
