Summary: As a BI Engineer, you will develop, migrate, deploy, and maintain data-driven insights and knowledge engine interfaces that drive adoption and decision making. You will also integrate security and data privacy protection. Your typical day will involve working on developing and deploying data-driven insights, ensuring data privacy and security, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and decision making. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy data-driven insights. - Ensure data privacy and security in all data-driven interfaces. - Manage and maintain the knowledge engine interfaces. - Contribute to the adoption and decision-making process by providing valuable insights. - Continuously improve and optimize data-driven interfaces. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to data engineering. - Support and mentor junior professionals in the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM InfoSphere DataStage. - Experience with data migration, deployment, and maintenance. - Strong understanding of data privacy and security. - Knowledge of integrating security measures into data-driven interfaces. - Experience in developing and deploying data-driven insights. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other ETL tools such as Informatica or Talend. - Strong understanding of SQL and database concepts. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IBM InfoSphere DataStage. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
