We are looking for a Business Head MarTech (BFSI) to lead and scale our BFSI practice. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for owning the P&L for the BFSI vertical while driving business growth through strategic sales, new client acquisition, and expansion of existing client relationships across banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, and fintech organizations. The role requires building strong CXO-level relationships and positioning Hansa Cequity as a trusted partner for organizations looking to transform their customer engagement, marketing effectiveness, and digital growth strategies.


The Business Head will work closely with senior marketing, digital, analytics, and technology stakeholders to design and deliver data-driven marketing strategies, customer lifecycle programs, and omnichannel engagement initiatives. A strong understanding of campaign strategy, customer journeys, segmentation, and marketing automation is essential, along with hands-on familiarity with leading MarTech and engagement platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Netcore Cloud, Salesforce, and CleverTap to enable large-scale multi-channel campaign management and personalization.


The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams across analytics, technology, digital marketing, and creative services to deliver integrated MarTech solutions that drive customer acquisition, engagement, loyalty, and retention. The individual will also play a key role in shaping go-to-market strategies, identifying emerging opportunities in the BFSI ecosystem, and building long-term strategic partnerships that contribute to sustained revenue growth and market leadership.


The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of experience across MarTech, digital marketing, consulting, or customer experience transformation, with a strong track record of P&L ownership, enterprise sales, and strategic account management. Experience working with BFSI organizations and a deep understanding of customer lifecycle management, campaign orchestration, data-driven marketing, and marketing automation platforms will be critical. The candidate should be comfortable engaging with senior leadership while driving both business outcomes and long-term client value.
