Title: BFS Solution Lead

Designation : Manager || Band : C1

Location : Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Minimum 8 years of experience of relevant exp in presales.
2. Presales and solution delivery experience preferably within BFS BPS(ops)  business functional
3. Experience in Automation and transformation solution design for BPO/BPS
4. Business requirements gathering and transformation of requirement into technology stack like Power Apps, Power Automate, BI solution, etc .
5. Hands on experience with Power Automate,
6. Experience with overall governance and knowledge on administration at workload level
7. Power Shell Scripts & PnP templates usage design and implement PowerShell scripts.
8. Strong customer facing communication
9. Good to have BB/MBB.

Education:

1. Graduate a must, preferably a Masters
2. Hands on experience in driving transformation projects with RPA, BPM, AI, ML etc is a must
3. Good command of knowledge related to transformation technology and its application to business
4. Knowledge/experience on analytical problem solving, analytical tools

Professional Experience:

1. Strong Exposure to multiple technology tools (RPA, BPM, Analytics, Process Mining) in the capacity of solution architect, business analysts
2. Must have 8-9 + yrs. work experience related to research, technology or creating proposals/ opportunity identification for improvement
3. Worked on large to mid-sized deals (10mn+) from a size n scale point of view
4. Past experience of running quality programs (lean, six sigma, etc.) or business analysis
5. Working knowledge of BPO industry and understanding of technology transformation trends/ models
6. Experience in consulting a plus
7. Microsoft Office expertise; Hands-on experience on Powerpoint, Word & Excel a plus
8. Strong experience in driving transformation project with Business value delivered to client
