Key Responsibilities
- Key Account Management:
- Nurture relationships with our prestigious B2B clients across North India to drive retention, satisfaction, and upsell opportunities.
- New Business Development:
- Identify and convert new opportunities within the HORECA, QSR, and beverage sectors.
- Client Engagement:
- Build deep, consultative relationships with decision-makers and purchasing heads; act as the voice of the customer internally.
- Innovation & Product Development:
- Partner with clients and the internal R&D team to co-create new flavors and offerings that align with market trends.
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Own and deliver on monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals with a strong focus on quality and consistency.
- Market Research:
- Stay ahead of trends in the hospitality and beverage industry to uncover white space opportunities.
- Travel & Field Work:
- Regularly travel across North India to meet clients, conduct product demos, attend industry events, and build a stronger Swa presence.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Degree in Hospitality Management , Food Technology , or related field
- 48 years in B2B Sales / Key Accounts in the F&B, Hospitality, or FMCG sectors
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of how hospitality and beverage businesses operate
- Creative thinker with a passion for product development and innovation
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Self-starter with a founders mindset ready to hustle and grow with a young brand
