Our Global Diabetes Capability Center in Pune is expanding to serve more people living with diabetes globally. Our state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to transforming diabetes management through innovative solutions and technologies that reduce the burden of living with diabetes. We’re a mission-driven leader in medical technology and solutions with a legacy of integrity and innovation, join our new Minimed India Hub as Compensation/Benefits Analyst.Medtronic has announced its intention to separate the Diabetes division to promote future growth and innovation within the business and reallocate investments and resources across Medtronic, subject to applicable information and consultation requirements. This separation provides our team with a bold opportunity to unleash our potential, enabling us to operate with greater speed and agility. As a separate entity, we anticipate leveraging increased investments to drive meaningful innovation and enhance our impact on patient care.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Responsible for Benefits administration (Company & Government) for APAC Locations, in line with Local policy and legislation.
Support the Global Benefits team in the design & delivery of regional benefits programmes; to include gathering information, reporting, data analytics.
Regional Point of Contact for HR team and Business Leads on Benefits related queries
Partner with local stakeholders (TA, Payroll, Finance) to ensure effective and efficient delivery of our Benefits Programmes.
Co Ordinate employee insured benefit renewals and recommendations with local broker, ensuring information is accurate and timely.
Support in the implementation of global benefits administration technology.
Evaluate current programs through research, survey and analysis of benefits trends to ensure plans are competitive and current.
Review and update employee benefit communications.
Support with employee leave administration.
Assist with ensuring internal and external compliance with local legislation, benefit regulations and company policies.
Deliver an exceptional employee experience by ensuring timely responses.
Identify opportunities to simplify and enhance current processes.
Provide support to the Global Compensation team on key areas such as ARP (annual rewards planning) and Allowances
Support special projects as required.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Baccalaureate Degree and 2+ years of relevant Human Resources, benefits, compensation, payroll or finance experience OR Advanced Degree;
Experience with APAC Benefits administration; specifically, India and/or Philippines
Fluent in English
Agile, with excellent attention to detail
Proficient in Workday, Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook
Strong written & verbal communication skills
